Mrs. Ifeoma Mbakwe, 26, a resident of Idowu Street, Alagbado, Lagos has been arrested for pouring hot water on Chinwedu Precious on the 27th of December, 2015. Chinwedu was rushed to REM-YEMS Hospital, Alagbado where she is currently receiving treatment.
