Raymond Dokpesi granted N400m bail on strict conditions

Justice Gabriel Kolawole of the Federal High Court, Abuja said Mr. Dokpesi should be granted bail on the condition that he provides two sureties with N200 million each. The first surety should be a serving or

retired director in the civil service.

The second one should be an entrepreneur who has paid tax for at least the last 3 years. The two sureties must depose to an affidavit of means. Dokpesi was also instructed to surrender his international passport and will remain in Kuje prison pending the perfection of the bail conditions….. Dokpesi was rumored to av left d court shouting “gbese re o,” wt teary eyes…….
