A Federal Capital Territory, FCT, High Court in Abuja, has granted bail to the former National Security Adviser, NSA, Dasuki and four others being tried over alleged money laundering and criminal breach of
trust.
Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf granted bail to the accused persons in the sum of N250m on the condition that each of them will produce a surety who must be a serving or retired civil servant not lower than the rank of a director.
The surety must also show possession of a property worth N250m in Abuja. All the accused were also requested to surrender their international passports. They are to also required to inform the court of any travel arrangement they may want to make outside the FCT…… except they r going to Lagos to club……
