Two of President Buhari’s quotes have made the list of best quotes out of Africa for this year. There are 16 quotes on the list altogether and Pres. Buhari’s quotes came 1st and 2nd. First on the list is: “I belong to
everybody and I belong to nobody,” a quote he made on the day of his historic inauguration.
The second one is: “We must change our lawless habits, our attitude to public office and public trust. We must change our unruly behavior in schools, hospitals, market places, motor parks, on the roads, in homes and offices. To bring about change, we must change ourselves by being law-abiding citizens,” which he made on Nigeria’s Independence Day….. “Stealing is not corruption” won it some years ago……
