After Ikunyi Owaji Ibani resigned as the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly yesterday without giving any reason, a new speaker has emerged. He is Victor Adams from
the Okrika constituency.
He’d be in control of the state pending a rerun election, should Gov. Wike lose his case at the Supreme Court. He is an ex-militant and received amnesty under the Presidential Amnesty Program. He was a member of Tom Ateke’s militant group….. he was born without a strand of hair on his head…… Cc: SR
