Gunmen Kill PDP Chieftain In Osun

News just reaching us indicates that a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain was murdered in Ikirun, Ifelodun Local Government Area of Osun state in the early hours of today, March 28 by unknown gunmen.

Vanguard reports that, some hoodlums invaded the area, killing Yomi Ademola, a member of the PDP.

It was also reported that residents of the area were woken up with the sounds of gunshots at around 4:45am by the gunmen.

The victim was said to have been murdered for recently dumping the APC for the PDP with the elections just few hours away.
