Meet Fraser Hobday: the amateur footballer who has a Wikipedia page worthy of Lionel Messi

Surely Fraser Hobday hasn't been editing his own Wikipedia page?

One of the marks of a brilliant footballer is a sprawling Wikipedia page, detailing every goal, assist and transfer request of their long and storied career.
So why does 19-year-old Huntly FC goalkeeper Fraser Hobday have the kind of Wiki page worthy of one of the very best in the game?

Early Doors was alerted to this anomaly by Reddit, and initially thought our football knowledge must be lacking: how could we not have heard of this obviously brilliant player?
But then we looked into his entry in further depth, and enjoyed it for the work of comic brilliance it is.
So, before Wikipedia possibly catches on and deletes what is its finest entry, we thought we'd save it for generations to come to enjoy...

Whereas Pele's Wikipedia page tells of his early struggles growing up in poverty and using a sock stuffed with a newspaper for a ball, Fraser's  hails his success in being "picked at the first time of asking" for Dunnottar Primary School and makes pains to point out his prowess in the kitchen.
There then follows an inexplicably detailed resume of his youth career with various teams:

This is our favourite line from that prestigious youth career: "He played the 2011-12 season out with Middlefield Wasps, but it turned out to be a season to put down to experience after three personal sendings off, and several bookings."
A lengthy treatise on his senior career with first Parkval FC and then Huntly FC includes this nugget: "Around the 30th minute of the game, and already 3-2 down, a sudden rush of blood to the head saw Huntly F.C. second choice goalkeeper Shaun Barney sent off for Violent Conduct. The team were forced into making a substitution, sacrificing defensive midfielder, Mark Gray, and putting on the young Trialist, Hobday. His first responsibility was to stop a penalty and the pressure was on. Unfortunately, Hobday didn't save the penalty and Turriff United F.C. went on to win the game 7-3."
Oh, and this: "The ball was whipped in low into the danger zone and the Rothes F.C. striker got on the end of the cross to force the ball goal bound. The crowd thought he had scored, but Hobday had other ideas and pulled off a good, albeit slightly unorthodox, save with his face."
The extreme care taken with the Wiki entry even extends to the club statistics section, which is mightily impressive:

But the absolute highlight is surely his achievements and accolades, which demand to be presented in full. Note the "most improved player, Under 13s" award during his time at Stonehaven Youth FC.

So, what's going on? Why has Fraser Hobday been honoured with such an extensive Wikipedia page?
Well, a warning at the top of the page displays Wikipedia's concerns...

Written by Fraser himself? Surely not.
