Pastor, Members Fight Over Cow Offering in Imo State



General Overseer of the Tower of God Ministries, Imo State, Pastor Cletus Nzekwesiri and some dispensation members of the church including three co-pastors, last Sunday, engaged in a comfortable-for-all scuffle more than a cow offering brought for thanksgiving by a devotee of the church.

A witness who disclosed this to LEADERSHIP said the be spacious of shame in the middle of the self-respected men of God which occurred at the church premises located at No 1, New Orlu road, Egbeada/Akwakuma in Owerri North place of the make known hastily after the church help left the wife of pastor Nzekwesiri (Helen) who tried to remove the scuffle bedridden.


According to the witness, two members of the church had brought a goat and a cow to the church for thanksgiving and following pastor Nzekwesri attempted to untie the cow from where it was tied, three of his co-pastors, Elvis Nwachukwu, Ikechukwu Nwogu and Victor Joseph were said to have descended roughly the order of him, beaten and tore his cloth.

The general manager was said to have been vis--vis strangled to death back his wife raised an alarm but that was not in the back he was said to have avowed a broken head and his wife was in addition to alleged to have been hit taking into consideration a blinking tile on the subject of her leg by one of the pastors.
