Lucky Udeagwu, 29, from Delta State, was apprehended around 3 a.m on the 2nd of April, 2016, by the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police Command, at Ogudu, in the course of
stealing a 35 meter-long armoured cable meant for the state government’s Light Up Lagos’ project…. he was later released after claiming he was only pulling a belated ‘April Fool’ on d government….
