A Virginia grocery clerk’s mistake has ended up making him $7m richer. Michael Donnelly was ringing up a Powerball ticket for a customer when he accidentally pressed the wrong button and printed a
Cash4Life ticket instead.
Because of the mistake, the customer didn’t want the ticket so Donnelly purchased it himself and it turned out to be the winning ticket. Donnelly decided to take the one-time lump-sum payout of $7m over $1k payment per day for life…. d customer who rejected d ticket is now begging him for half of d money…..
