Manu Garba’s boys defeated their Ghanaian counterparts 2-0 in an international friendly and were on their way to the M Plaza Hotel, when the minor accident occurred.
No serious casualty was recorded, but Usman Hassan Saleh was hit by some of the broken glass, was attended to by the team doctor.
