The agent of Victor Valdes denies reports that a move to Liverpool has fallen through.
Yesterday reports emerged that the 32-year-old had scrapped a move to Merseyside after being asked by manager Brendan Rodgers to go on a short-term trial.
But the Spain international's agent, Gines Carvajal, has rubbished such claims.
"Liverpool have not offered us the chance to train with them for four days," he told SPORT.
"And we have not rejected the offer, because it is false. That proposal was never made to us by Brendan Rodgers nor by Liverpool at any moment."
