Mother Of Three Allegedly Commits Suicide Over Husband’s Refusal To Get Her An IPad In Ondo

Did 41-year-old Mrs. Catherine Sefunmi Urouna commit suicide on Saturday because her husband refused to buy her an iPad? That is what the police in Ondo State will try to unravel as they launch investigations into the mysterious death of the senior executive accounting officer in Akure North local government council, Iju/Ita-Ogbolu area of the state.

According to a report by LEADERSHIP, the mother of two boys and a girl allegedly made good her threat a fortnight ago to kill herself if her husband did not get her an iPad by drinking substance suspected to be chemical.
The husband, who reportedly pleaded with his wife to continue using her Blackberry phone pending when he will get her the iPad, is still in shock over his wife’s suicide just as the neighbours, who revealed that Mrs. Uruona was happily married and could not understand why she took such a nasty decision to take her own life over an ipad.
